I'm a UCLA student passionate about solving real-world healthcare issues with machine learning. Check out some of the cool projects that I have been working on below!
Selected Projects
EKG Analyzer
Primary Care Physicians analyze dozens of EKGs each day - vague heart irregularities can easily be overlooked. This tool streamlines the EKG measurement process for patients while improving the accuracy of diagnoses for physicians.
NeuroLearn
Based on an ongoing research study conducted at the David Geffen School of Medicine exploring the relationship between discriminatory learning and neural activity in the audiovisual cortices, this tool applies past mice models to predict days of training until complete learning mastery.
CBCTracker
Analyzing Complete Blood Count (CBC) tests to monitor cancer treatment progress is a critical part of an Oncologist's job, but can be overwhelming when managing hundreds of different patients. This tool organizes and tracks long-term CBC data for patients, alerting physicians whenever unexpected anomalies in patient data arise.
ProteinLens
Trained on five specific structural properties representative of tertiary structure and internal atomic interactions, this tool predicts crystallographic quality/resolution of the 250,000+ proteins in the RCSB Protein Data Bank.
